From smaller-scale, lower-power urban data centers to large developments with high capacity requirements, we locate land and properties with the potential to host this type of infrastructure and support the client throughout the entire analysis and acquisition process.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">In this type of transaction, it is not enough to identify land that is urbanistically compatible with data center development. Location \u2014 and particularly proximity to electrical infrastructure and the substation from which the required power can be supplied \u2014 is a determining factor for the project&#8217;s feasibility.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Added to this are other variables linked to the business model and each operator&#8217;s specific requirements: available electrical capacity, connection timelines, plot characteristics, accessibility, connectivity, urban planning restrictions, or development potential.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">For this reason, we analyze each opportunity simultaneously from three perspectives: electrical, urban planning, and real estate.
